【公共外交网讯】2026年7月3日，北京中国大饭店宴会厅华灯璀璨、礼乐悠扬，一场承载厚重历史与游牧文明底蕴的高规格盛大招待会隆重启幕。本次活动为纪念蒙古人民革命胜利105周年，同步欢庆民族传统那达慕节。中国外交部副部长华春莹作为主宾出席活动。各国驻华使节、国际组织代表、中外文化界名流、经贸领军人物、媒体代表齐聚一堂，共赏草原风情、共叙中蒙睦邻佳话。公共外交网作为使馆长期深度战略合作伙伴应邀参加活动，再度见证与蒙古国驻华使馆多年深耕人文交流、筑牢民心相通的紧密协作。

【PDN News】On July 3, 2026, the banquet hall of China World Hotel Beijing was aglow with bright lights and melodious traditional music, hosting a grand high-level reception steeped in profound history and nomadic civilization. The event marked the 105th Anniversary of the Victory of the Mongolian People’s Revolution and concurrently celebrated the traditional national Naadam Festival. Hua Chunying, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, attended as the guest of honor. 

Diplomatic envoys of various countries stationed in China, representatives of international organizations, distinguished figures from Chinese and foreign cultural circles, leading business professionals and media representatives gathered together to savour the charm of the grasslands and recall the warm tales of China-Mongolia good-neighbourly friendship. As a long-term in-depth strategic partner of the Mongolian Embassy in China, Public Diplomacy Network was invited to the reception, once again witnessing the two sides’ years of intensive cultural exchanges and close collaboration to foster people-to-people bonds.

本次招待会承载多层重大纪念内涵，是蒙古国2026年度在北京规格最高、参与覆盖面最广、影响力辐射多国的外事文化盛典。蒙古国驻华大使恩赫包勒德阁下登台发表主旨致辞，向全场中外来宾致以诚挚节日问候。大使阐释，今年不仅是蒙古人民革命胜利105周年，亦恰逢匈奴帝国建立2235周年、大蒙古帝国建立820周年、民族独立恢复115周年，多重历史节点交汇，赋予本次那达慕超越常规节庆的厚重分量；2026年更是蒙古国首届“世界马日”启动之年，蒙古马作为根植民族血脉的精神图腾，串联起跨越千年的游牧文明脉络，设立世界马日对传承马文化、推动世界文明互鉴意义深远。

Carrying multiple layers of profound commemorative significance, this reception stands as Mongolia’s highest-standard, most widely attended and internationally influential foreign cultural gala held in Beijing in 2026. H.E. Enkhbold, Ambassador of Mongolia to China, delivered a keynote address from the stage, extending sincere festive greetings to all Chinese and foreign guests present.

The Ambassador explained that this year marks not only the 105th Anniversary of the Victory of the Mongolian People’s Revolution, but also the 2,235th Anniversary of the founding of the Xiongnu Empire, the 820th Anniversary of the establishment of the Great Mongol Empire, and the 115th Anniversary of the restoration of national independence. The convergence of these historic milestones lends this year’s Naadam far greater weight than an ordinary cultural festival.

2026 also ushers in Mongolia’s inaugural World Horse Day. As a spiritual totem rooted in the nation’s blood, the Mongolian horse weaves together the millennia-long lineage of nomadic civilisation. The launch of World Horse Day bears far-reaching significance for inheriting equestrian culture and advancing mutual learning among world civilisations.

恩赫包勒德大使高度评价中蒙全面战略伙伴关系，高度赞扬两国元首战略引领下双边合作持续走深走实。2026年中蒙高层往来热络，蒙古国总理赴大连出席国际会议期间，与李强总理举行双边会晤，就工业化、可再生能源、人工智能三大重点合作领域达成广泛共识。大使援引“远亲不如近邻”的东方哲思，表示蒙古国始终秉持相互尊重、互利共赢的合作初心，坚守和平开放多支点外交，优先深化与中俄邻国友好关系，践行“第三邻国”外交方针，倡导以平等对话和平化解国际分歧。

Ambassador Enkhbold spoke highly of the China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership, and commended the deepening and substantiation of bilateral cooperation under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state. 2026 has witnessed frequent high-level exchanges between China and Mongolia. During the Mongolian Prime Minister’s visit to Dalian for an international conference, he held bilateral talks with Premier Li Qiang, reaching extensive consensus on three key cooperation sectors: industrialisation, renewable energy and artificial intelligence.

Citing the Eastern philosophy that "a distant relative is not as good as a near neighbour", the Ambassador stated that Mongolia consistently upholds the founding tenets of mutually respectful and win-win cooperation, adheres to a peaceful, open and multi-pivot foreign policy, prioritises deepening friendly ties with its two neighbours China and Russia, implements the "Third Neighbour" diplomatic guideline, and advocates resolving international disputes peacefully through equal dialogue.

恩赫包勒德大使表示，今年6月蒙古国成功举办“乌兰巴托对话”东北亚安全国际会议，年内还将承办《联合国防治荒漠化公约》第十七次缔约方大会、世界女性议员大会。大使现场向各界来宾发出诚挚邀约，欢迎中方各界人士赴蒙参会考察、深化多领域务实合作。

Ambassador Enkhbold noted that Mongolia successfully hosted the Ulaanbaatar Dialogue International Conference on Northeast Asian Security in June this year, and will host two major global events within the year: the 17th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD COP17) and the World Conference of Women Parliamentarians. The Ambassador extended a sincere invitation to all guests at the venue, welcoming Chinese counterparts from all walks of life to visit Mongolia for conferences, field studies and deeper practical cooperation across diverse sectors.

招待会现场还献上原汁原味的蒙古特色文艺展演，悠扬马头琴和雄浑呼麦、浓郁的草原歌声、精湛的柔术表演轮番登场，浓郁草原风情浸润全场，来宾沉浸式感受游牧文化独特魅力，现场掌声不绝。

Authentic Mongolian artistic performances were staged throughout the reception. Melodious morin khuur horsehead fiddle music, powerful khöömei throat singing, soulful grassland folk songs and exquisite contortionist acts took the stage in turn, filling the venue with rich steppe charm and immersing guests in the unique allure of nomadic culture, drawing endless rounds of applause.

活动现场特设《世界马日》当代陶瓷绘画艺术特展，成为全场文化亮点。蒙古国本土艺术家以骏马为核心创作载体，融合中国千年陶瓷烧制技艺，创作出兼具草原风骨与东方瓷韵的跨界艺术作品。

A special contemporary ceramic painting exhibition themed World Horse Day was featured at the venue, serving as the cultural highlight of the entire event. Mongolian local artists took horses as their core creative motif, integrating China’s millennia-old ceramic firing craftsmanship to create cross-border artworks blending steppe vigour with oriental ceramic elegance.

长期以来，公共外交网与蒙古国驻华使馆保持常态化对接联动，从艺术大展，文化沙龙，到地方走访、青少年交流，双方持续合作落地一系列品牌化、高影响力、覆盖面广的人文交往活动，持之以恒打通民心相通渠道，构建起多层次人文合作体系。

For a long time, Public Diplomacy Network has maintained regular communication and coordination with the Mongolian Embassy in China. From grand art exhibitions and cultural salons to local field visits and youth exchange programmes, the two sides have jointly launched a series of branded, high-impact and wide-reaching people-to-people exchange activities. They have persisted in unblocking channels for people-to-people connectivity and built a multi-tiered cultural cooperation framework.

2023年4月，“山水相连·四时同风”中蒙艺术交流展暨策格米德·黄建南作品联展落地驻华使馆。活动展出中蒙双方两位顶尖艺术家40余幅融合草原与东方山水的画作，成为疫情后中蒙民间艺术交流的标杆项目。

In April 2023, Conected byMountains and Rivers Interlink, Bathed in the Same Winds and Rains, China-Mongolia Art Exchange Exhibition & Joint Works Show of Tsegmid and Huang Jiannan opened at the Mongolian Embassy in China. Over 40 paintings by two top artists from China and Mongolia, blending grassland scenery and oriental landscape aesthetics, were displayed, making this a landmark project for post-pandemic folk artistic exchanges between the two countries.

2023年7月，蒙古国驻华外交官应公共外交网邀请赴安徽歙县参访，参观黄宾虹书画展、徽派古建、徽墨歙砚非遗工坊，推动蒙古国外交官深度感知中华传统非遗文化。

In July 2023, Mongolian diplomats stationed in China were invited by Public Diplomacy Network to She County, Anhui Province. They visited the Huang Binhong painting and calligraphy exhibition, Huizhou ancient architecture complexes and intangible cultural heritage workshops producing Huizhou ink and She ink slabs, enabling Mongolian diplomats to gain in-depth insights into China’s traditional intangible cultural heritage.

2026年5月，中蒙少年儿童第四届古典音乐会暨“我们共享大自然”国际儿童绘画展在蒙古国驻华使馆文化与信息中心温情启幕。多国青少年齐聚蒙古国驻华使馆，以古典音乐绘就青少年友谊。同期开展的“我们共享自然”国际儿童绘画展，孩子们以画笔描绘自然之美、友谊之暖，用纯真视角展现对共同家园的热爱。

In May 2026, the 4th China-Mongolia Children’s Classical Music Concert alongside the We Share One Nature International Children’s Painting Exhibition warmly opened at the Culture and Information Centre of the Mongolian Embassy in China. Youngsters from multiple countries gathered at the embassy, weaving youthful friendship through classical music. Running concurrently, the We Share One Nature painting exhibition saw children depict the beauty of nature and the warmth of friendship with their brushes, conveying their love for our shared homeland through innocent perspectives.
