【公共外交网讯】2025年12月13日，2025公共外交年度人物颁奖盛典在北京隆重举行。这场以“凝聚民间力量，共促国际友好”为核心的年度盛会，汇聚了来自全球多国的外交使节、商界领袖、学术精英、文化使者及媒体代表，共同见证10位杰出人士荣获“公共外交年度人物”殊荣，见证跨越国界的友谊之花在交流互鉴中绚烂绽放。

On December 13, 2025, the 2025 Public Diplomacy Person Award Gala was grandly held in Beijing. With the core theme of "Uniting Non-Governmental Forces to Promote International Friendship", this annual event gathered diplomatic envoys, business leaders, academic elites, cultural messengers and media representatives from many countries around the world, witnessing 10 outstanding individuals being awarded the honor of "2025 Public Diplomacy Person Award" and the gorgeous bloom of cross-border friendship through exchanges and mutual learning.

公共外交年度人物评奖活动，旨在以民间视角甄选并表彰对促进人民友谊与合作做出积极贡献的友好人士。活动由公共外交网发起主办，由驻华使馆和国际机构共同推荐候选人并评选得奖人，由中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会联合承办。此项活动坚守“以民间视角甄选榜样，以实际行动促进合作”的初心，表彰那些长期深耕国际交流一线，为推动不同国家和民族间的友谊合作、文化交融、互利共赢作出积极贡献的友好人士。2025年度最终评选出10位获奖人，他们来自印尼、塞尔维亚、埃及、比利时/法国、阿根廷、俄罗斯、委内瑞拉、荷兰、坦桑尼亚、波黑等多个国家，涵盖商业、学术、文化、科研、传媒、经贸等多个领域，用各自的坚守与担当，书写了中外友好交流的动人篇章。

The Public Diplomacy Person Award aims to select and commend friendly individuals who have made positive contributions to promoting people-to-people friendship and cooperation from a non-governmental perspective. Initiated and hosted by the Public Diplomacy Network, the activity invites Embassies in China and international organizations to jointly recommend candidates and select winners, and is co-organized by the International Exchange Working Committee of China Association of Trade in Services. Adhering to the original aspiration of "Selecting Role Models from a Non-Governmental Perspective and Promoting Cooperation through Practical Actions", the activity honors friendly individuals who have long been engaged in frontline international exchanges and made positive contributions to promoting friendship, cooperation, cultural integration and mutually beneficial win-win results among different countries and nations. Ten winners were selected for 2025, coming from Indonesia, Serbia, Egypt, Belgium/France, Argentina, Russia, Venezuela, the Netherlands, Tanzania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, covering business, academia, culture, scientific research, media, economy and trade and other fields. With their respective perseverance and responsibility, they have written touching chapters of China-foreign friendly exchanges.

颁奖盛典现场流程紧凑有序、亮点纷呈。嘉宾们陆续签到并沿精心布置的长廊步入会场就座，空气中弥漫着期待与喜悦。活动开场的灯光视频秀瞬间点燃全场氛围。主办方代表致欢迎词，向莅临现场的各位嘉宾、外交使节及获奖代表表示热烈欢迎，强调公共外交作为国家间交流的重要桥梁，在增进民心相通、促进全球合作中的关键作用，并寄语所有获奖者继续以民间使者的身份，为国际友好事业注入更多正能量。

The award gala featured a compact and orderly process with brilliant highlights. Guests arrived one after another, signed in and entered the venue to take their seats along the elaborately decorated corridor, and the air was filled with expectation and joy. The lighting and video show at the opening of the event instantly ignited the atmosphere of the venue. Representatives of the organizers delivered welcome speeches, extending a warm welcome to all guests, diplomatic envoys and award-winning representatives present. They emphasized the key role of public diplomacy as an important bridge for exchanges between countries in enhancing people-to-people bonds and promoting global cooperation, and encouraged all winners to continue to inject more positive energy into the cause of international friendship as non-governmental messengers.

本次盛典邀请到多国驻华使节及各界资深人士担任颁奖嘉宾。颁奖嘉宾依次登台，宣读获奖人颁奖词，为获奖者颁发奖杯与证书。获奖代表们逐一发表获奖感言，分享自己深耕国际交流的经历与感悟，言语间满含对中外友好事业的热忱与坚守。部分代表采用中英双语表达，既展现了跨文化沟通的专业素养，也传递了对不同文化的尊重与包容。此次获奖的10位杰出人士，每一位都堪称中外友好交流的典范。

The gala invited diplomatic envoys from many countries in China and senior figures from all walks of life to serve as award presenters. The award presenters took the stage in turn to read the award speeches of the winners and present trophies and certificates to them. The award-winning representatives delivered acceptance speeches one by one, sharing their experiences and insights in deepening international exchanges, and their words were full of enthusiasm and perseverance for the cause of China-foreign friendship. Some representatives expressed themselves in both Chinese and English, demonstrating professional literacy in cross-cultural communication and conveying respect and tolerance for different cultures. Each of the 10 outstanding award-winning individuals is a model of China-foreign friendly exchanges.

深耕商界数十载的印尼籍获奖者何震发（James Hartono），以敏锐战略掌舵跨国上市企业，搭建起中印尼合作的坚实桥梁，成为杰出企业家与跨文化开拓者的标杆。印度尼西亚驻华大使周浩黎和活动主办方代表刘春阳为得奖人何震发（Mr. James Hartono）颁发了奖杯和证书。

An Indonesian national with decades of experience in the business community, James Hartono has steered cross-border listed enterprises with a keen strategy, built a solid bridge for China-Indonesia cooperation, and become a benchmark for outstanding entrepreneurs and cross-cultural pioneers. H.E. Mr. Djauhari Oratmangun, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, and Mr. LIU Chunyang, Editor-in-Chief of the Public Diplomacy Network, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Working Committee of China Association of Trade in Services, and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Public Diplomacy Person Award presented the award to Mr. James Hartono (He Zhenfa). 

塞尔维亚籍获奖者德拉加纳·奥斯蒂奇（Dragana Ostic）十余年来专注中塞学术文化交流，通过孔子学院、联合实验室等重要平台，为“一带一路”教育与科研合作添砖加瓦。波黑驻华大使西尼沙·贝尔杨博士和中国香港贸易发展局华北东北首席代表陈嘉贤为得奖人德拉加纳・奥斯蒂奇（Dragana Ostic）颁发了奖杯和证书。

Dragana Ostic, a Serbian winner, has focused on China-Serbia academic and cultural exchanges for more than a decade. Through important platforms such as Confucius Institutes and joint laboratories, she has contributed to the education and scientific research cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. H.E. Dr. Sinisa Berjan, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mr. Kevin Chan, Regional Director for Northern China of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, presented the trophy and certificate to the winner Dragana Ostic.

来自埃及的王慕林（Abdelaziz Ahmed）深耕国际传播一线，用多元视角讲述中国故事，以专业担当搭建中外沟通桥梁，为文明互鉴注入鲜活力量，是中外友好交流的杰出践行者。突尼斯驻华使馆副馆长伊姆·阿雅迪女士 和艺链全球执行总裁童方华先生为得奖人王慕林（Abdelaziz Ahmed）颁奖。

Abdelaziz Ahmed (Wang Mulin) from Egypt has been deeply engaged in frontline international communication. He tells China's stories from diverse perspectives, builds bridges for China-foreign communication with professional dedication, injects vivid vitality into cultural mutual learning, and is an outstanding practitioner of China-foreign friendly exchanges. Mme. Rim Ayadi Ep Mahmoudi, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Tunisia, and Mr. Tong Fanghua, CEO of Yilian Quanqiu, presented the award to the winner Abdelaziz Ahmed (Wang Mulin).

比利时和法国国籍的马晓丽（Marie-Luce Chevalier ）深耕青藏高原地质研究，以跨学科创新破解构造与气候谜题，是享誉国际的科研先驱与中外合作典范。马来西亚驻华使馆公使衔参赞，马来西亚投资发展局北京办事处主任王程星先生和贵州天降福酒业董事长黄安朝先生为得奖人马晓丽（Marie-Luce Chevalier ）颁奖。

Marie-Luce Chevalier (Ma Xiaoli), a dual national of Belgium and France, has dedicated herself to geological research on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Through interdisciplinary innovation, she has solved structural and climatic puzzles, earning recognition as a world-renowned scientific research pioneer and an exemplary model of China-foreign cooperation. Mr. Wong Tiang Sing, Minister Counselor (Investment) of the Embassy of Malaysia and Director of the Beijing Office of the Malaysia Investment Development Authority (MIDA), and Mr. HUANG Anchao, Chairman of Guizhou Tianjiangfu Wine Industry Co., Ltd., presented the award to the winner Marie-Luce Chevalier (Ma Xiaoli).

阿根廷人罗天汉（Carlos Romero ）服务中阿公共外交与经贸合作，以创新方法搭建务实桥梁，牵头战略合作、商务交流与人才培养，是推动两国互利共赢的杰出推动者。斯里兰卡驻华使馆公使娜丽卡·科特迪卡女士和中国知名艺术家杨廷泽先生为得奖人罗天汉（Carlos Romero）颁奖，中国文化和旅游部文化参赞韩孟堂代领。罗天汉（Carlos Romero ）通过视频发表获奖感言。

Carlos Romero (Luo Tianhan), an Argentine national, has dedicated himself to China-Argentina public diplomacy and economic and trade cooperation. He has built practical bridges through innovative approaches, led strategic cooperation, business exchanges and talent training, and is an outstanding promoter of mutually beneficial win-win outcomes between the two countries. Mme. Nalika Kodikara, Minister of the Embassy of Sri Lanka, and Mr. YANG Tingze, a renowned Chinese artist, presented the award to the winner Carlos Romero (Luo Tianhan), which was received on his behalf by Mr. HAN Mengtang, Cultural Counselor of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China. Carlos Romero (Luo Tianhan) delivered his acceptance speech via video.

扎根中国二十载的俄罗斯籍获奖者季莫非（Timofey Bakhvalov），以笔为桥深耕中俄翻译与文化传播，译介经典著作、发声国际舞台，用热忱筑牢两国友谊与互信的纽带。俄罗斯驻华使馆参赞、北京俄罗斯文化中心主任吴丹娜和管氏慧医非遗传承人管慧娟向得奖人季莫非（Timofey Bakhvalov）颁奖。

Timofey Bakhvalov (Ji Mofei), a Russian winner who has rooted in China for 20 years, takes writing as a bridge to deepen China-Russia translation and cultural communication. He has translated classic works, spoken on international stages, and strengthened the bond of friendship and mutual trust between the two countries with great enthusiasm. Mme. Tatiana Urzhumtseva, Counsellor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation and Director of the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing, and Mrs. Guan Huijuan, Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor of Guanshi Huiyi, presented the award to the winner Timofey Bakhvalov (Ji Mofei).

委内瑞拉籍获奖者艾玛拉·格德尔（Aymara Gerdel）以中委人文交流为沃土，以热忱与担当推动两国文化交融、民心相知，为中委友好合作注入温暖力量。委内瑞拉驻华使馆公使衔参赞玛利亚·多斯·拉莫斯女士和中国湖南麻阳驻京联络处曾明先生为艾玛拉·格德尔（Aymara Gerdel）颁奖。

Aymara Gerdel, a Venezuelan winner, takes China-Venezuela people-to-people and cultural exchanges as fertile ground. With enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility, she promotes cultural integration and mutual understanding between the two countries, injecting warm vitality into China-Venezuela friendly cooperation. Mme. Maria dos Ramos, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of Venezuela, and Mr. ZENG Ming, from the Liaison Office of Mayang County, Hunan Province in Beijing, presented the award to Aymara Gerdel.

荷兰顶尖设计领袖于尔根・拜伊（Jurgen Bey）以教育协作、设计创新与联合项目搭建创意桥梁，用开放前瞻的设计之力凝聚人心、增进互信，是跨中荷文化沟通的杰出使者。荷兰驻华使馆文化和公共外交参赞熊英丽女士和中国文化和旅游部文化参赞王大奇先生为于尔根・拜伊（Jurgen Bey）颁奖。

Jurgen Bey, a top Dutch design leader, has built creative bridges through educational collaboration, design innovation and joint projects. With his open and forward-looking design strength, he unites people and enhances mutual trust, making him an outstanding messenger for cross-cultural communication between China and the Netherlands. Mme. Ingrid de Beer, Counsellor for Culture and Public Diplomacy of the Embassy of the Netherlands in China, and Mr. Wang Daqi, Cultural Counselor of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, presented the award to Jurgen Bey.

阿拉维·斯瓦伯里（Alawi Swabury ）来自坦桑尼亚，他专注欧非亚经贸合作，赋能非洲发展，以绿色产业链为纽带搭建合作桥梁，为中非及国际经贸共赢注入持久动力。喀麦隆驻华使馆副武官艾图阿先生和中国华能国际部副主任王文娟女士为阿拉维·斯瓦伯里（Alawi Swabury ）颁奖，布隆迪驻华使馆副馆长、一等领事阿尔弗雷德代领并代为宣读获奖感言。

Alawi Swabury, hailing from Tanzania, has focused on the economic and trade cooperation among Europe, Africa and Asia, empowered Africa's development, built a bridge of cooperation with the green industrial chain as the link, and injected lasting impetus into the win-win situation of China-Africa and international economic and trade cooperation. Mr. Ltcol Fredy Etoua, Deputy Defense Attaché of the Embassy of Cameroon in China, and Mme. WANG Wenjuan, Deputy Director of the International Department of China Huaneng Group, presented the award to Alawi Swabury. Dr. Alfred Burimaso, First Counselor and Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Burundi in China, received the award on his behalf and read out the acceptance speech for him.

Ana Vojinovic from Bosnia and Herzegovina has been engaged in the media and public relations field for more than ten years. With high-quality content creation and diverse international cooperation, she supports cross-cultural communication and is an outstanding communicator with both professional strength and a global perspective.H.E. Dr. Sinisa Berjan, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Dr. XU Chengzhi, Global Director of Public Relations at Windey Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd., presented the award to Ana Vojinovic.

After the award ceremony, all the winners, award presenters, and representatives of the organizing committee took a group photo to commemorate this extraordinary moment.

During the cultural performances, lucky draw, and dinner, the atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant. The exquisite cultural shows treated the guests to a visual and auditory feast, while the lucky draw session brought constant surprises. The successful hosting of the 2025 Public Diplomacy Person Award Gala not only recognized a group of outstanding individuals who have made silent contributions to the cause of international friendship, but also built a diverse and open exchange platform, bringing together representatives from different countries and fields to discuss friendship and explore cooperation.
