The Women’s Forum is one of the important events of each Shaanxi Silk Expo. During the fifth Silk Road Expo this year, on May 11, it was hosted by the All-China Women’s Federation and the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government and undertaken by the Shaanxi Women’s Federation. "The Silk Road at the Fingertips"-Silk Road Women's Forum kicked off in Xi'an. Representatives from Belgium, South Korea, France, Cambodia, Hungary and other countries and regions, female ambassadors to China, female diplomats and envoys' wives, and more than 20 foreign women living and working in China were invited to attend. They and representatives from Hong Kong and Macau, as well as guests from Beijing, Jiangsu, Fujian, Sichuan, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Hebei, Anhui, Shanghai and other provinces (cities, autonomous regions), focused on women and poverty reduction,cooperation with women who are from Silk Road countries, and family issues. In addition, at the forum, the "Fifth Silk Road Women's Innovative Design Competition" was officially launched. In response to China’s “One Belt and One Road” initiative, the Silk Road Women’s Innovation Design Competition focuses on industrial products, green life, cultural creativity, and sports health. With design as the link, it encourages the integration of innovation + creativity into production and life, and adds “her” creativity to the world.

Public Diplomacy & Poly International Children's Choir (hereinafter referred to as "Choir") is a youth and children training project of the event "Small Citizens Promote Great Diplomacy" launched by the Public Diplomacy and Cultural Exchange Center, which has received positive response and support from embassies of various countries in China. Senior Chinese diplomats are invited to teach children diplomatic etiquette and culture; famous university history experts are invited to teach global history. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Latin American Pacific Alliance, the rotating presidency of the Embassy of the Republic of Colombia in China joined hands with the Embassy of the United Mexican States in China, the Embassy of the Republic of Peru in China, and the Embassy of the Republic of Chile in China. "Encuentro" Latin American Cultural Travel Restaurant held the opening ceremony of the first "Latin American Pacific Union Food Festival".
